what trim hose spec for older mercruiser 260 with 3/8 line wrench?

Hi - have a failed trim hose, bu not 100% sure what part number to order. Im eyeing Sierra 18-2108 as the replacement as mine also has 2 90 degree bends - but cannot confirm if the thread size is the same as mine-

I have a few others laying around later alpha and bravo and they take a 7/16 wrench - can anyone tell me what the thread type/spec is for the smaller and larger nut trim hoses? All I can differentiate is by the wrench size, sorry not 100% familiar with US line sizes-
