Carb identification

Finally had time to get back on my project.
Fired the motor yesterday for the first time in about 5 years, of course the carb needs a little attention.
In looking online there could be either a Rochester or Mercarb. Attached is a pic of the carb tag, which do I have? Where is a good source of a quality kit for this carb?

A little more info, this is on a late 80s 3.0 140hp.
