I just bought an 07 Tahoe Q4 SF. It has two barrel carb. The title says 220 hp. From what I have read the 220 hp motors have four barrel carbs. Is that true?

not doubting your mechanical ability, but are sure it’s a 2 barrel carb you have ? Only asking because the title says it and most of the boats like yours that age will have an mpi I would think. The mpi still has what at first glance can look like a carb under the air filter. With 2 sections that might look like a 2 barrel carb perhaps. Just a thought.
Never know Chris. That’s why I said about not doubting the ability of the gentleman. I’ve seen some things on here that would make you think.
I’ve also seen many mpi engines that don’t have the mpi cover fitted at all. To a newbie, might throw the thinking ? Just saying.
