Replacement Exhaust Shutter Valve and Grommet

I'm continuing to put my 2006 Mercruiser 3.0 and I wanted to replace my shutter valve and the grommets before I put the engine back in. The part number on the exhaust pipe is 42420. I find a few valves however they appear to be oblong and not round like mine. I can't seem to find an IPB with part numbers for this component. I included a couple of pictures, if anyone has any info it is greatly appreciated.

What's your engine serial number?

And what's an 'IPB'? I HATE TLAs...

The valve doesn't close straight across the pipe. It's still angled down into the pipe when it's fully closed. Therefore it has to be oval to fit tight to the wall.
