mercruiser alpa one gen 2 sterndrive. no forward gear

On the muffs i adjusted forward reverse etc. all work fine. Now in the water i get reverse but cant engage forward. have not touched anything until i hear from you guys. its a counter rotating drive . what do i do please.

Have you followed the set up procedure as per the Merc genuine workshop manual?
Have you done any work on the drive to require the adjustment to be done?
