Is it normal for oil temp to go high when speeding at 75-100% capacity ?

( It is normal when just cruising )

What do you mean by high?
It will be higher then the temps of the motor

The oil gauge tips towards hot/high when going at full throttle

If gauge is accurate then its getting to hot (probably more then 240 degrees) but need to find out if the gauge is reading correctly. Can you get an IR gun and measure the temps at the oil filter?

Ayuh,.... The harder ya beat a motor, the hotter they run,....

So, Ya, pretty normal,...

If ya don't get the oil to 212?, the condensation don't steam off,...

Are you sure it's not oil pressure you're looking at?
If so, it will go higher at higher rpm's.

I wonder if he's looking the 'Oil Pressure' gauge and seeing a 'Temperature' gauge next to it and thinking it's an 'Oil Temperature' gauge?

If that's the case, then the engine COOLANT temperature is getting too high. You have an engine COOLING problem.

Yep !! It is the psi gauge and not the temp -_- so my guess is it is normal lol

OIl pressure going up as the engine runs faster? Gee, new invention. :D... Sorry patrick, couldn't help myself... All good... ;)

Cheers,

Chris....

That's a very important gauge. You need to fix that.
