Lower unit pressure tester????

Where can I purchase a lower unit pressure tesater. I want to check lower units for leaks. Been having a problem with my brothers outboard and also wanted to have one for myself. If I need a tool, I'll buy it then I have one. Would like to have one to test 30 hp and down.

Just get a valve stem and trim the end with a knife to fit in either the vent or drain hole. Then use a hand pump and inflate to about 10 psi.
