My VRO engine ahs had the oil line blocked on the vro pump and fill tank with oil now. ok so she starts fine and first time and will run all day with muffs on and in gear out of the water puts a good revs and good water from pump. I launch boat and she runs awful, will start at first very slow at pick up and will not tick over so stalls while putting into gear if she stalls very hard to start, i have looked at the fuel pipe and replaced no leaks and bulb is ok. any tips any clues where to start.
