Tilt/Trim 150hp evinrude

I have a problem. The trim will not raise<br />the motor....it will lower the engine...but will not raise it....seems like there is no power to the "up" button..but the "down" works. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is?

With out looking at a wire diagram I would say you have a bad solonoid.(I need spell check
