200 johnson ocean runner trim\tilt problem

Hey guys im new to this forums thing but i hope yall can be of some assistance for me. I just bought a 27ft chris craft boat with i bealieve the year is 1997 dual 200 johnson ocean runners on it. One problem i am having is trim/tilt on one of them it seems slow and sluggish so i bout a new trim, replaced it and same thing. It is full of fluid and it goes up and down just really really slow. Any suggestions on teouble shooting would be greatly appriciated!!!

Ok, you installed new hydraulics, but are using the same electric. Sounds like dirty electrical connections. Did you replace the relay box?

Get the voltmeter out and start checking voltage drops starting at the battery.
