15 hp johnson lower unit leaking

I have a 80s johnson motor that seems to be leaking out the end of the propeller? Im not sure if its a seal or if thats normal?

more times than not its just normal unburnt fuel/ oil. but its not a bad idea to change out the lu gear oil for an inspection.

it is a creamy white, I know once water mixes with gear lube it changes white but when i take the drain screw out it drains normal oil no discoloration at all. I have changed the gear lube a few times in the last couple of months just to make sure it wasnt running low.

If it's creamy white it is unburnt fuel/oil mixing with water and is normal.
