1999 225 ficht cuts out

My 1999 evineurde ficht 225 cut off or stalled when trying to get up on plane.boat was low on fuel but not empty.
added 30 gal of good no ethanol fuel.started hard and when give more throttle it cuts off.no waring lites,no engine
bog.does the primer ball do much on these fuel injected engines.any thing to check before the repair shop nightmares
start.

What happens if you pump the primer bulb when it acts up ?? Did you check the fuel for any water in it ??
