1998 70hp evinrude motor water pump replacement

I am a new member and i need some help. I need to find out how to replace the water pump in the foot. If anyone has a video or pictures that would be great or a web site. What it is doing is it will crank and run a few minutes and no water will come out then the motor will shut off. Thankd for any help..

No alarm?
Blocked telltale?
Faulty fuel pump?
Blocked fuel filter?
Tank not venting?

They can run for a couple of minutes on what's in the float bowls.
