1989 40hp evinrude (E40TLCEC). Just rebuilt carbs because engine would want to stall when I throttled up. Now after rebuilding carbs engine idles at 1200 rpms. Is there an idle adjustment on these carbs that I do not see. Manual says
high, intermediate, and low orifices are fixed. but there is a needle vavle which looks to be where intermediate orifice is
on top rear of carb. Looking for help thanks.
