i have a problem and not shure why this is leaking, but the rear mounting bolt hole for the pull start assembly has just recently stripped out on me and is leaking water from the bolt hole, if i heli-coil this hole will it also stop leaking or is there another problem, also keeps closing the gap on lower cylinder spark plug, thinking conn rod problem, any info would be appreciated, thanks,JRD

It would appear that somebody has drilled that hole all the way through into the water jacket. No, a heli-coil won't stop the leak. But that plug problem is of greater importance. Could be the wrong plug (too long) or could be a piston/con rod/bearing problem. Don't run it any more till it is diagnosed and repaired.
