Info for Johnson Colt

I would like to know the year of a Johnson Colt made in Canada.
The model # is JCOESE and the serial # is C8487350.
Is 50:1 the correct ratio for the oil/fuel?
How about the gear lube? is there a special kind I should use?

It's a 1990 1.2hp. 50:1 ratio is correct and any (quality) gear lube will work.
