vintage Evinrude bug

Hello i am getting the bug for these little vintage Evinrudes.I have two now.One is a 3HP 1959 Ducktwin that runs great and i just bought a 1954 7.5HP Evinrude Fleet twin. I have to do total maintance on the 7.5 including changing over to a fuel pump instead of the pressure tank system,I just prefer that way.I had my 3HP all apart and back together pretty easy but doing a water pump in the 7.5HP seems a little bit more involved,Just getting ready to tackle that.Any ideas what i should look for in disassembling the 7.5??? thanks

You'll have to pull the powerhead, to do the waterpump and under the powerhead, you'll need to disconnect the shift rod at the shifter.
