fuel issue

have a 1979 evinrude 115hp not getting fuel to lower left cylinder pulled intake looks very clean the other three cylinders are getting fuel do i need to pull reed assembly for further look

Could be the high speed jet plugged.-----It is found in the bottom of the float bowl.-----do not run the motor till you find the issue.

Might be getting fuel, but no spark. Check/measure spark with an open air tester from an auto parts store.
