Hi Guys. Have been away for awhile working on our little place at the lake.
No spark. Engine turning over but seems to be a little sluggish even with the plugs out. Regulator caught fire prior to the problem and have a replacement. Checked the stator and one side down so I will replace it. checked for 11 Volts on the red/yellow wire plug disconnected from the pack but only 9.5 volts. Disconnected the battery cable and cleaned and replaced with a regular length OMC cable direct to a good battery and still only 9.5 when cranking. Is there anything else that could be wrong other than the starter motor.
