There is a table of critical bolt torques in the ( Seloc) manual on the Boatinfo website http://www.boatinfo.no/lib/evinrude/...rude.html#/380
however that does not include the bolts you are asking about . Therefore use the value in the small table on the same page for standard bolts and nuts
You may find a bolt tightening sequence in the relevant section of the manual ,,, otherwise diagonally.
