The rubber bushing just above the lower unit for the shifting rod (guide) popped out. I have greased it and tried to push it up back in with the lower unit dropped, but man!, what a pain in the ass. Anyone have any suggestion how to get that thing back in? I have tried needle nose pliers and a flat head but am failing miserably.
