Anytime I accelerate motor bogs down.

Ive cleaned the carbs and replaced the entire stator assembly.

Starts and Idles no problem

Its a 2002 Johnson Enforcer 55HP two stroke Model #J55APRL

Here is a video of what is going on... https://youtu.be/07plcmUHBV4

Thank you

I'm not hearing the problem. Motor is in neutral, yes? Does it stumble in gear? (cannot operate above fast idle unless the motor is in gear).

On second look I'm picking up a lean sneeze, I think. Your motor is a 2003 model, and there is an idle adjustment needle at the rear of the carb top. Try slight adjustment of that needle -- initially rotate it counter clockwise about 1/8 of a turn and see if the idle smooths out. The needle adjusts the air/fuel idle mix (counter clockwise is richer -- more fuel. Takes some experimentation.

When correctly set, the motor will idle smoothly and will go into gear and accelerate without stumbling or stalling.
