Difference between trim/tilt units

Hope someone can help me here??
I've got problems with my trim/tilt (won't hold in reverse) and I don't want to throw parts at it and hope for a fix. It's a 1993 or 94 115hp. The model number is missing??
So anyway I've been searching and found some units but part number 5002428 doesn't show that it fits a 94 115hp, but shows that it needs a 5002430 that shows it fits the 94 plus all the motors that the 5002428 fits.
So I'm confused as to what the difference might be? I've done multiple searches and have found nothing so hoping someone here might know?
Also maybe other units that will work for my motor?

I’m assuming your looking at part 5005430. The part number you gave doesn’t show up on the Evinrude parts search. In reality, all you need is a 0434529 seal kit to resolve the problem
