never paid more than 60$ for a dozen or so motors myself... never got stiffed except one 9.5 which had missing parts in the recoil starter.

all motor are running fine and/or have been sold to happy boaters

this is a good time of year to look for cheapies when owners dump dad's antique to buy new motor

i been scouring for two days on marketplace, craigslist, classifieds, etc. cheapest ive found so far is a mercury 7.5hp thats seized up for $75
