Johnson GT150 voltage regulator issue?

Hey guys got a 1986 Johnson GT150. She runs great. I know that these motors have the 30 amp charging system, but what kind of voltage should I have at idle? I am running 15v at idle and 15.5v at mid range rpms. The tach works perfectly and none of my wiring looks like it has gotten hot. Do I just need to put a new regulator in?

Other issue is some water drops coming from bolt holes in exhaust cover. Should I just torque them down a lil more or change out the gasket? Don’t want to break any off....

Are sure that is a 30 amp system? I don't remember them being bigger than a 9 amp system. Your voltage sounds ok.

Ok thanks. The serial number has an S in it. The GT and XP series motors have large wire windings in the stators and vented flywheels to accomodate the extra heat from the larger charging systems. But yea the standard motors were 9 amp systems.
