Need help with 1996 Johnson 200hp

Hi,

First time posting here, I hope I'm doing it in the right place :)

I'm currently installing this new to me Johnson two strokes engine that was previously used by pre mixing fuel and oil, there's couple of hoses I can't figuere where they need to be connected to...The first one is the clear one you can see coming form the very bottom of the intake manifold and the other one I think it is the "Vacuum Switch" (found out reading online) the switch assembly can be rotated by hand, feels like it is loose...!
So does anyone know where this two hoses go to?, or maybe someone who owns the same engine could take couple of pictures to help me solve this problem.
There's also a green cable I don't see a female side of it where I can plug it into...
