1992 Evinrude 60HP 3 cylinder head torque

Hi All,

im replacing my head gasket due to was coming out of it during operation. I’m finding conflicting torques,

Can someone help me out with the step torque? 7/16th in bolt

It is a 7/16" head on a 5/16-NC bolt---------220 -240 inch lbs.
