1995 johnson 90hp v4 ocean runner carb leak need help

Carburetor is leaking from ..... actually ill post a pick of location, i just did a whole gasket kit rebuild on it

My Johnson ocean runner has leaking carbs as well.
I spoke to one of the local shops today about having them rebuilt and he informed me that all of the float bowls would need to be replaced.Seems the small epoxied plug of the sid of the float bowl begins leaking as they get old.
So i checked and sure enough,they are leaking right where he said they would be.

If it is leaking into the carb throat, perhaps the float level is set too high.
