Morning all,

Always when I start at the dock before taking off, it starts great and idles fine. Comes off of auto choke fine also. Idles at about 800 - 900 rpm. When in neutral, it revs fine. After putting it in gear and leaving the dock, it idles away just fine. It is still a bit cold at that point, but idles away fine. When I start to throttle down just a little bit, it stalls. I have to start it again, and try again. It stalls again. I have to go through this at least 4 or 5 times or just idle around a bit in gear until it finally takes off like normal. After that all day it runs great. Stopping, swimming for an hour, and then taking off, runs like new. Its just that initial put in at the dock where I always have issues. I prime the bulb to where I think I'm good.

I have no darn idea what the problem is. You think maybe I'm not warming it up enough? But that doesn't make sense because we sit in a cove and swim until its cold and we take off fine then.

I'm at a loss. Any help or ideas would be most welcome.

Thanks

Sid
