I put the original jets back in and it was a whole different machine!!!

I think that you are on to it Racerone.

The originals are too big and the 5 sizes down are too small.. #30 to #25. Think maybe #27 or #28??

Everything acted right except it would not idle down

Solder them up and drill and ream them to size....

since they are #25 I should be able to drill and ream those with no solder?

What size drill bit for #27?
Or #28?

The # is the diameter of the hole in thousandths of an inch. So a #27 is 0.027". I'd have to go out to the shop to see what drill that is.
