200hp Johnston

just bought a 1992 procraft 1990v with a 200hp Johnston. Went to take it out today gave the bulb a few pumps and it started right up. After a few minutes of letting it warm up it shut off. It started again but once put in gear it had next to no power. Putted around for a few min till it shut off and wouldn't start again.
Any ideas?

Model # number the Johnson motor ??

Would it start again if you pumped the primer bulb ??

It started back up once and now even after priming it won't start at all. It was really flooded. The bulb looses pressure after I try to start it

Check your spark. It should jump a 7/16" open air gap on a spark tester.
