I need help finding the signal hookup connection or wire to the T/T gauge. I have (2) black wires coming for the switch at the T/T unit, to the box in front of the flywheel. Do I have a wire in the harness, to the front for the hookup or do I have to run one up to the gauge from the motor and, where, what color is the wire? Also, can I add an aft switch for the T/T by jumping into the wires from the trim motor?

Thanks in advance- Jerry Ware

That box has nothing to do with the gauge. You need the sending unit look inside the transom clamp for it. If you don't have one you will need to get one.

I have the sending unit and (2) black wires run from it into that black box pictured. The black box is listed in the "PowerTrim and Tilt Electrical" section as a junction box.
My question is, "Where do I get my signal to take to the signal lug on the gauge?"
Thanks

Maybe this will help, it's the wiring diagram from my manual.

Never mind, the site won't let me attach the files because they are too big. If you don't get it figured out I can e-mail it to you if you want to pm me your email.
