what type of lubricant and grease?

hello, I have a 1984 evinrude 9.9. I took this motor completely apart and now I've got it put back together. I'd like to find out what type of grease i would use for the pilot shaft and swivel bracket. There are a couple of grease fittings on this motor. I'd just like to be sure as to what type of grease? Also is there a certain type of lubricant for the throttle gears,cam follower, items like that? thanks

All of the major outboard mfrs sell their own brand of water resistant anti-corrosion lube. They all do a good job for the places you mention.

Any "Anti Corrosive" type grease will do nicely.

Thx guys... gonna put some grease in it this weekend.. starting to get a little bit cooler here in KY., I?ll probably wait till early spring to try and fire it up and work out all the kinks...
