3 vane or 6 vane impeller 1995 70hp

Just changing out the impeller my '95 70hp I recently acquired and noticed that the impeller is 3 vane. Any motor I've had before around that size has the 6 vane impeller. Is there any difference ? i usually saw 3 vane in lower hp engines not in 70's.

Were both the old impeller, and the replacement 3 blades?

Fewer vanes to break and slightly less friction

Go with 6 vane.-----Install the waterpump kit with thermostat modification / changes while you are into it !!

Stay away from the three vane in that motor.
