Hello guys and girls, its been a while since I posted here but I need some help. I recently aquired a pre-97 honda 10hp outboard missing the carb and a few toher parts. I had a spare parts motor sitting around so I put it back together as best as I could. It needed a carb, pull start and a few misc small things. Put in fresh oil, fresh fuel and cleaned the plugs. I pull the cord and nothing. I have compression and fuel, pretty sure its spark. There is a small green wire with a loop in the end near the front of the motor. I cannot find where this wire goes as my parts motor doesnt have it. This is a CDI longshaft motor with a charging system. Hope this info helps, thanks in advance for everyones help.
