Is it possible to convert remote throttle to tiller throttle?

i replaced our ailing Mfs9.9b2. 3v5 which was 16 yrs old with a tiller throttle fuel injected model....so nice.

paul suggested popping in a carb but then it still would need a throttle and gear control if i wanted to use it as a backup motor sans remote.

The more i think about it, sounds like a big project if even possible....different models from the factory i would imagine.

Need a lot of small parts... some are NLA... plus the tiller handle... take an hour or two if experienced, to convert.

If it is doable and not some unheard of procedure that is documented i can certainly do it. I will hit you up for a kit when we get back from vacation. NLA.?
