Tohatsu 115 to 140 mod

What year models are applicable to the throttle stop/timing mod to allow the 115 to 140 conversion. I have a 2010 115. Hoping I can do this.

Look in your Factory service manual to find the changes between the 115A2, 120A, and 140A. In some cases, you can bend the WOT throttle stop slightly to defeat it, and then adjust timing to 140 specs.
