motor startes on first turn of stater and has smooth idle. runs rough ar 1/2 throttle and will smouth out some ar full throttle
New plugs and fuel. any ideas?

Are you using any carbon remover product sprayed through carbs or mixed with the fuel in tank ?

no. I have not tried that. Will Sea Foam work for that?

Is that engine used in fresh or salt water, would you say has low, medium high or high hours of use ? Sea Foam diluted on fuel will take much longer to work compared to any Carbon Remover product such as OMC Carbon Guard, CRC Engine Tune Up sprayed pure through carbs with engine ON as per product instructions.
