Dead Honda 30 hp 4-stroke

Hi. I have a 30 hp 4-stroke Honda model BAWL-3002083 that is completely dead. I turn the key and get nothing. The choke solenoid will actuate.
The stater will spin if hot-wired. Not the battery, main fuse is good.
Any ideas on where to go next? Does anyone know where I can find a Honda parts list?

Went under the helm last night heading for the ignition switch and found a disconnected wire from???. Reconnected. Got the 12 volts back at the low current input to the starter relay. Confirmed bad starter relay so that's first.
