When opening the Force Forum.
There is an Orange block that says "NEW Topic"
Open that and post away.
They don't like it when you open old threads.
You can "quote" from them but not add on to them.
Add the year, HP , model and serial# if possible.
Post any specifics, like any work done and what the problem might be??
