Hello again..... Needing further advice, due to my own stupidity. When replacing the head cover gasket, do i need gasket sealer or not?

Also, can anyone advise the size of the plug i need for the top of the thermostat or for adding a tell/tell?

1/8" or 1/4" pipe.

If the gaskets new, no sealer.

You have the tuorqe values for the bolts?
18ft.#s start at 12# then 15# then end at 18# and
tighten in a staggered sequence.
