I need new points and condensors for my 1969 45 Hp outboard, Model # 4556. Can anyone tell me the part number for each, and possibly a cross reference number so I might be able to find them?

Thanks

If you don't have any success at those sites you can use other car based points,
About 10 yrs ago after reading it on the net we bought new early 70's Ford Escort points and they worked,
didn't buy condensers att

couldn't tell you now which ones, it was a long time ago and we moved that motor ages ago,

had to go to a Rare Spares type shop ( Australia )

My points on my 1968 35 hp Chrysler could be the same and have lasted well but not w/o some cleaning with point files or emery cloth. I wanted to replace the points out of habit vs a true need. With a 1968 vw I was into changing /adjusting points. I finally noticed the points were not burnt vs dirty (affecting “Hole Shots Getting Up On The Water” LOL). Experimenting a few years I realized I was adding too much oil to my Cam’s Wic.
With the points dressed fewer drops of oil in the oil wic, my problem was solved. My problem was Over Thinking and oiling due to my VW background of needing points more or dressing. Electronic Ignition kits would have been nice as I put on a few mowers. Good Luck!

Points and condensers are now hard parts to find.
Try Franz Marine, he may have even if N/A .
It depends on what kind of ignition system your engine have.

I would try to clean up the points and regap them first.
They last for very long times.

Magneto ignition
Points F12044 still available (Mastertech Marine)
Condensers F12042-1 N/A
Tune up kit 18-5013 still available (Mastertech Marine)

Battery ignition
Points F12329-2 N/A
Condensers F122139-1 still available but limited (Mastertech Marine)
Tune up kit FK1075 N/A
