Trying to find year of force 9.9 motor serial number don’t seem to exist

Appears to fall in 1994 range

Usually on the block under the ignition components is a foundry stamp.
That usually holds the year, or under the carb on the intake might be another foundry stamp.
Manuals, there are aftermarket books, Clymer and Seloc.
Both have good info but both cover a BUNCH of different motors but the specifics aren't that good.
Try to find a factory manual.eBay
