I need a new Mani. I'm currently still chiseling through mine.
There's a couple on eBay. They seem to have one extra bolt hole in the middle on the bottom.
Mine doesn't have that bolt hole.
Can I still use that manifold?

Yes looks like you have a piston with a broken ring land. That usually happens when a ring catches the edge of the exhaust port and breaks. It often results in cylinder damage too, requiring a new oversize piston. If you remove the head you can see if this is the case.

Walls are...OK. Serviceable.
All the pistons appear cracked at the lands, if not outright broken.

I almost hate to ask why you chiselled it off. Must have been leaking...

The remains of the bolts were basically welded to the walls of their holes.
After getting it off, the inside was broken anyway. There's a large deflector of some sort that was in pieces in the bottom of the manifold.

I've fixed so much other stuff on it already.
I'll fix it, keep it a year or two and move on.

I've found a few places to get pistons.
Just gotta have some money to throw at it.

Got a replacement engine. Got the exhaust cover off (its an outboard power head, gotta switch stuff) and #4 piston is broken.
