Volvo and Onan part number help

Was hoping for some help as I embark on an oil, filter, impeller, transmission change on a pair of Volvo D4-300 engines with HS80AE-B transmissions and an Onan MDKBM generator. I have figured out some of the part numbers for the Volvos but need confirmation/help...

Volvo D4-300:
40005013 Oil

22030484 oil filter

22030852 by-pass filter

21718912 fuel filter

3588475 impeller kit? What is part #3583611 “o-ring” for? Do I need? Do these engines have thermostats that need to be replaced too?

Any idea what part # 3581078 is for? Saw it listed on a previous work order.

Part # for air filter? Is it just the “insert” part # 21702999?

Part # for the compressor oil 85108974 ?

Part # for coolant (prefer already mixed, not concentrate)?

Part # for a “spare water in filter sensor”?

Part #s for spare belts?

HS80AE-B transmissions:
Part # for the gearcase/transmission oil? What about part # for filter? It takes ATF?

For the Onan:
Part # for impeller?

Part # for oil filter?

Part # for fuel filter?

Part # for coolant?

Start with your motor, you said it was a D4-300 but does it have a letter after the 300? In the first link below it contains parts for the D4-300 and other variations. In the upper left corner of the liked page is a search function. If you enter part number like "3581078" it comes back with a listing of all places its used.

Look at any of the links in the page and it will tell you what it is. In this example its a fuel filter

Continue to look in the above link and find the sections of the motor for your belts and other items.
