When I start the boat all 3 alarms are going off, the oil pressure, temp and charging are all reading just fine. According to the Volvo Penta manual only one should be going off at a time and I have all 3 going off at the same time.

My guess is your alarm test button went bad. When you press the button all alarm lights should light up and it sounds like that just might be your issue

I unplugged the alarm test button and the alarms are still going off, any other suggestion?

Don't have the wiring diagram, put a volt meter from ground to each side of the wires going to the alarm switch, one at a time. If you don't get a reading on either wire, my guess would be there is a relay. If you get something else let me know what it is
