Volvo penta actuator

Hello Gentelmen...

I have a leak on my power steering and yes it's at the worst place it could be....

I've almost got the actuator off but I'm stuck on the bottom bolt..

I was wondering if there is a special too, or if anyone has done this before could tell me how to remove it...

there's very little room to work ....

Not sure what type of boat you have but on my 1996 Four Winns Horizon 220 I removed the enginer cover completely and the vertical panel behind the seats to gain access to the area. A 15/16th's socket is all I needed with a ratchet to access from the the side of the engine.
