How to add fluid to trim tabs

I feel stupid asking this one guys but this is the first boat I have had with trim tabs. How do I add fluid? I took off the top and see no place to add fluid or check level as I can't see thru it.

take screw off top of grey cover. remove grey cover, fill is under grey cover

I did take off cover but I must have missed something because I did not see where to put it in.

You read fluid level thru the translucent tank at the botton of the unit, thus the silver full and add sticker on the front

There is a little cap that comes off just to the side of the motors.
