Hi everyone,
I did a search, but did not have any luck. I took my Quicksilver shifter assembly off my boat due to me re-upholstering the side panel. I have a 1989 Rinker V170.
I have two issues: The wires that go to the trim switch in the shift lever came apart before I could make note of them. I know red goes to red, but the other colors I am not sure.
The second issue is the ring I am pointing to in the picture. What orientation is this supposed to be? It fell off when I was taking everything apart. I believe this is for locking the shifter in neutral until you squeeze the trigger button.
Thanks!
Rob
