Imco Steering Issue

My Advantage boat has a IMCO single ram actuator mounted to my drive. While underway and in a straight heading I have to constantly turn the wheel slightly to keep the boat going straight. After a few miles the steering wheel is almost off by 90 degrees to its 12 o'clock heading. What could be causing this condition?

Ayuh,.... Hyd. steerin' rarely goes back to the same zero point,...
It's the nature of hyd. steerin',....

At what speeds does it wander,..??
If at idle, it's probably V-hull wander, which is quite natural as well,....

I think you need to check to see if the system needs a tad more fluid, might have some air in it
